好的牙·讯｜上海市奉贤区卫生健康委员会近日对上海某口腔门诊部有限公司作出行政处罚。该口腔门诊因违反《医疗机构管理条例》相关规定，被处以罚款人民币贰万元整。

根据奉贤区卫生健康委员会发布的行政处罚信息（决定书文号：奉第2220250206号），上海某口腔门诊部有限公司被查实在经营活动中存在“使用非卫生技术人员从事医疗卫生技术工作”的行为。这一行为违反了《医疗机构管理条例》第二十七条的明确规定。

《医疗机构管理条例》第二十七条指出：“医疗机构不得使用非卫生技术人员从事医疗卫生技术工作。”针对此类违法行为，该条例第四十七条明确设定了罚则：由县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门责令限期改正，并可以处以1万元以上10万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，可吊销《医疗机构执业许可证》或责令停止执业活动。

依据上述法律规定，奉贤区卫生健康委员会对该口腔门诊作出罚款人民币贰万元整的行政处罚决定。
