DentalGoodNews|South Korean digital dental technology company Innovaid has recently closed a Series B funding round of approximately KRW 12 billion (approximately RMB 54.11 million). According to the company's disclosure, the round was led by SBVA (formerly SoftBank Ventures Asia), with new investor IBK Industrial Bank of Korea and existing shareholders Wonik Investment Partners, Translink Investment, and Murex Partners participating. The funds will be used to build an automated manufacturing center and accelerate business expansion in international markets such as the US and Australia. According to publicly available information, the Dentlink platform is currently operating in six markets — the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom — connecting clinics and dental laboratories through integrations with mainstream intraoral scanners to enable end-to-end digital workflows, with approximately 1,500 client clinics. The company states that its core competitive advantage lies in leveraging AI software to intervene in customized design and manufacturing processes, reducing the prosthetic remake rate to 0.6%.
SBVA Lead Reviewer Jung Na-young (정나영) noted that the company combines Korea's nationally certified dental technician infrastructure with cross-border manufacturing processes, achieving a paid client retention rate of up to 95% in the United States, which is expected to drive further acceleration in revenue growth. Company representative Guk Jin-hyuk (국진혁) stated that the proceeds from this round will be used to further upgrade the company's technology and manufacturing infrastructure in support of its international market expansion. According to the company's disclosure, revenue grew from KRW 3.7 billion in 2024 to KRW 8.2 billion in 2025, with both the number of client clinics and revenue increasing by more than 2.5 times compared to the prior year; the company has set a revenue target of KRW 20 billion for 2026. In addition, Innovaid's U.S. hub is currently operational; centers in South Korea and Australia are scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2026; core milling and printing processes will be centralized at the main manufacturing center, while partner dental laboratories will focus on design and post-processing. According to prior reporting by DentalGoodNews, Innovaid completed a KRW 5 billion Series A funding round in March 2025. As of press time, the company has not disclosed the specific valuation or changes in shareholding ratio following the completion of this financing round.
