(OTCQB: TUTH, hereinafter "SDL"), a dental laboratory consolidator, announced the completion of its acquisition of BRLIT Dental Laboratory (hereinafter "BRLIT"), a dental laboratory. SDL stated that BRLIT contributed approximately $886,000 (approximately RMB 6.02 million) in annualized revenue to the company, increasing its annualized revenue base from approximately $236,000 (approximately RMB 1.6 million) to over $1.1 million (approximately RMB 7.47 million), representing an increase of more than 375%.

Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Florida, USA, BRLIT is a family-owned, full-service dental laboratory providing dental restoration solutions, including fabrication of dental crowns and bridges, implant restorations, all-ceramic restorations, dentures and partial dentures, as well as repair of prosthetic appliances. Under the terms of the transaction, BRLIT will continue to operate under the SDL platform, with its key personnel remaining involved in daily operations and customer relationship management to ensure continuity of service.

James Brooks, President and Chief Executive Officer of SDL, stated that this acquisition validates the company's M&A model and will accelerate its business scale expansion. SDL believes that the dental laboratory industry, particularly in Florida, remains highly fragmented, and the company will continue to seek acquisition opportunities that offer synergies and enhance financial value.

According to SDL's disclosure, the company previously filed an offering statement (Form 1-A/A) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in July 2025 under Regulation A, intended to support its M&A and operational growth objectives. SDL stated that it will continue to focus on consolidating and acquiring private dental laboratories in Florida and other strategic markets, aiming to build a scalable dental laboratory platform.
