The financial report shows that Dentium's consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2025 was 346.452 billion KRW (approximately 1.588 billion RMB), a year-on-year decrease of 15.05%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 16.411 billion KRW (approximately 75 million RMB), a year-on-year decrease of 77.43%. In terms of profitability, the company's annual operating profit was 64.111 billion KRW (approximately 294 million RMB), a year-on-year decrease of 34.91%. According to previous reports by DGN, Dentium had already faced operational pressure in the fourth quarter of 2025, with a single-quarter net profit turning negative at -4.6 billion KRW (approximately -21 million RMB), dragging down the full-year performance. This audit report further confirms the full-year downward trend in performance. Regarding market performance, based on previously disclosed information, Dentium's China market was significantly impacted by the macro environment and intensified competition in 2025, leading to a noticeable decline in revenue. Among this, revenue from the China region in the third quarter of 2025 fell by 42%. The company had previously stated it would address the challenges in the Chinese market by strengthening its localization strategy. In addition to performance pressure, Dentium is currently facing a management dispute. On March 19, 2026, activist fund Align Partners filed a lawsuit against Dentium, demanding a review of the legality of the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 31. This lawsuit involves a struggle over the company's governance structure and future operational direction, increasing uncertainty at the corporate governance level.
As of the end of fiscal year 2025, Dentium's consolidated total assets were 932.790 billion KRW (approximately 4.276 billion RMB), and total liabilities were 371.585 billion KRW (approximately 1.703 billion RMB), with an asset-liability ratio of approximately 39.8%. The audit firm Nexia Samduk issued a standard unqualified audit opinion on the company's 2025 financial statements.
