Full Year 2025 Estimated Net Loss Approximately RMB 13.1 to 19.8 Million (Unaudited) / Narrowed by Approximately 39% to 60% Compared to 2024 Loss of ~RMB 32.6 Million / Reduction Mainly Due to Expanded Revenue Scale and Decrease in Share-based Payment Expenses DentalGoodNews|On March 13, 2026, Meihao Medical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meihao Group", HKEX Stock Code: 1947) issued a profit alert, expecting to record a net loss of approximately RMB 13.1 million to RMB 19.8 million (unaudited) for the year ending December 31, 2025. This represents a significant narrowing compared to the full-year net loss of approximately RMB 32.6 million in 2024. Based on the disclosed range, using the upper loss limit of RMB 19.8 million, the loss narrowed by approximately 39.3% compared to 2024; using the lower loss limit of RMB 13.1 million, the narrowing was approximately 59.8%. These figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts. The Board of Directors of Meihao Group stated that the formal audited annual results will be disclosed separately by the end of March 2026, at which time the data may be adjusted. The Board of Directors of Meihao Group attributed the reduction in loss to the combined impact of four factors. The primary driver is the increase in revenue scale. According to the announcement, the Group's revenue scale achieved substantial growth. The continuous expansion of business scale has gradually led to economies of scale, effectively diluting fixed costs such as depreciation and rent, resulting in a significant improvement in overall profitability. A significant decrease in share-based payment expenses is the second contributing factor, although the specific reduction amount was not disclosed in the announcement. Third is the improvement in human resource cost control. The announcement pointed out that the Group continues to optimize human resource allocation and staff structure, reasonably enhancing personnel efficiency, leading to a steady decline in the proportion of employee compensation to revenue, with outstanding results in human cost control. Fourth is operational cost control. The Group continuously strengthens cost control measures, persistently improves internal operational efficiency, further strictly controls various operational expenses, achieving an effective reduction in operating costs and continuous optimization of operational quality. The company also stated that the Group maintains sufficient cash reserves and its financial condition remains sound. The Board of Directors indicated that "short-term financial performance is only a phase" and will continue to be committed to expanding the business scale in the future. According to previous reports by DGN, Meihao Group's revenue for the first half of 2025 (the six months ended June 30, 2025) was RMB 43.568 million, a year-on-year increase of 28.9%, with implant dentistry revenue growing 75.6% year-on-year. The loss for the period was RMB 9.935 million, narrowing by 34.4% year-on-year. The improving trend from the first half continued into the second half, ultimately driving the full-year loss scale to compress compared to 2024.
