Dental South China International Expo Observation | HeyGears Launches DLP One-Piece Denture for Full Denture Printing

According to the brand, its new product, the One-Piece Denture (DLP Full Denture Integrated Printing), adopts a one-piece molding structure, solving the bonding issues associated with traditional segmented printing, thereby enhancing product strength and oral antibacterial properties. This technology has been tested in the United States and is soon to be launched in the domestic market. The Implant Model without Analog Solution allows for the assembly of abutments and crowns without the need to install analogs. Paired with high-strength model resin and dedicated screws, it enables repeated tightening without deformation and improves overall accuracy. Additionally, the brand introduced an AI software capable of automated editing of implant models and an automated shipment sorting system for dental laboratories (including crowns, abutments, models, positioners, gingival compression gel, etc.), claiming these can effectively enhance production efficiency in processing facilities.
