好的牙·讯｜新加坡全民牙科集团（Q&M Dental Group）近日发布公告，宣布其全资子公司 Singapore Dental Cadcam Laboratory Pte. Ltd.（以下简称“SDCL”）与 Q&M Dental (Shenyang) Pte. Ltd.（以下简称“QMSY”）签署谅解备忘录，双方计划成立合资企业，开展数字化牙科技工所服务及技术研发合作。

根据公司公告，该合资企业被命名为Dental Excellence Digital Services Centre Pte. Ltd.（以下简称“JVCo”），已于2025年8月4日完成注册。目前SDCL持有51%的股份，QMSY持有49%股份。

公告披露，合资公司主营业务包括烤瓷冠、桥体和义齿加工等牙科技工所服务，以及牙科嵌体技术的研发。双方约定将在备忘录签署后六个月内尽最大努力完成股东协议（JVSHA）的最终谈判与签署。

新加坡全民牙科集团在公告中特别提示，合资项目尚存在不确定性，最终能否完成取决于后续谈判结果。集团表示，JVCo的设立资金来自集团内部资源，预计不会对集团2025财年的每股收益及净资产产生重大影响。
