佳兆业健康：预计2025年上半年亏损900万至1000万港元

好的牙·讯｜佳兆业健康集团控股有限公司（以下简称“佳兆业健康”）近日发布盈利预报，宣布2025年上半年公司拥有人应占亏损预计减少。

公告指出，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，公司拥有人应占亏损介乎900万港元至1000万港元。相较于2024年同期录得的公司拥有人应占亏损约2400万港元相比，亏损幅度明显缩减。

佳兆业健康表示，亏损减少主要归因于本期间录得按公平值计入损益的金融资产变动收益约900万港元。

佳兆业健康指出，所载资料基于集团于本期内的未经审核综合管理账目及集团目前所得资料作出的初步评估。集团仍在敲定本期间的中期业绩。集团将根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则规定，在适当时刊发中期业绩公告。
