呼和浩特一级及以下口腔机构不再纳入医保定点

好的牙·讯｜呼和浩特市医疗保障局近日发布《关于一级及以下口腔医疗机构不再纳入医保定点的通知》（呼医保办发〔2025〕49号）。

根据该通知，为落实国家、自治区《关于落实医保定点医药机构资源配置规划的通知》及自治区《定点医药机构医保结算分级管理办法（试行）》精神，并结合呼和浩特市作为国家基本医保定点医药机构资源配置试点城市的要求，该市将调整医保定点资源配置。

通知明确，调整旨在遵循医疗保障“保基本”的功能定位，重点保障多发病、常见病的门诊和住院治疗需求，以及重大疾病的基本医疗支出。

参照全国多数统筹地区的经验，呼和浩特市医疗保障局决定自2025年6月20日起，全市一级及以下口腔医疗机构将全部解除医保服务协议，不再纳入医保定点。
