好的牙·讯｜开平市卫生健康局近日公示了一则针对开平某口腔门诊有限公司的行政处罚信息。信息显示，经卫生监督员检查确认，该口腔门诊于2024年7月至2024年11月27日期间，在未取得医疗机构执业许可证的情况下，擅自开展执业活动。

该行为违反了《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》第三十八条第二款，关于“医疗机构依法取得执业许可证”的规定。

依据《中华人民共和国基本医疗卫生与健康促进法》第九十九条第一款，并参照《广东省卫生健康行政处罚裁量基准》中针对“未取得医疗机构执业许可证擅自执业”的“一般”裁量基准，开平市卫生健康局于2025年6月6日对该口腔门诊作出行政处罚决定。

处罚内容包括：责令该口腔门诊立即停止执业活动；没收其违法所得人民币8298元；并处罚款人民币102980元。根据公示信息，此处罚决定的公示期限为12个月。
