韩国CG MedTech收购基台供应商，正式进入牙科修复市场

好的牙·讯｜韩国骨科植入物研发制造公司CG MedTech近日宣布，与个性化牙科基台供应商All Abutment签署了收购协议，这是该公司继今年3月合并旗下数字牙科种植技术研发子公司GDS后，在加强数字牙科产品组合战略的又一重要举措。

此次签约仪式在CG MedTech总部举行，标志着该公司在完成数字种植技术布局后，进一步拓展至牙科修复市场。通过整合All Abutment的数字化制造能力与GDS的种植体研发技术，公司将实现从数字种植到个性化修复体的全周期自主生产能力。

根据公司声明，随着钛及氧化锆基修复技术的进步，市场对个性化基台需求持续增长，具备数字化设计能力与精密制造技术的企业正获得全球竞争优势。All Abutment凭借基于口腔扫描数据的高精度数控铣削技术，在个性化基台领域建立了技术壁垒，其产品能精准适配患者解剖结构。

CG MedTech首席执行官Yu Hyun-seung表示：“数字牙科正在通过口腔内扫描、CAD/CAM和3D打印技术显著提高治疗的准确性和效率，从而改变全球牙科格局。”通过此次收购，CG MedTech将构建覆盖设计、精密加工、质量管控到流通环节的数字化全流程体系。

关于CG MedTech：成立于1993年，是韩国一家专注于骨科植入物研究、开发和制造的上市公司。公司产品包括多种脊柱固定系统、骨移植替代品以及介入医疗设备，业务遍及美国、巴西、英国、南非、中国、日本等多个国家和地区。

关于All Abutment：于2016年在韩国城南市成立，公司主要生产数字基台，包括个性化基台、临时基台、CCM基台、Tibase 基台、多单元基台等。
