汉瑞祥完成KKR 2.5亿美元战投并任命新董事会成员

好的牙·讯｜汉瑞祥（Henry Schein）近日宣布，已完成由美国私募股权公司KKR（Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.）关联基金进行的2.5亿美元（约合人民币18.0亿元）战略投资。交易完成后，KKR持有汉瑞祥约12%的普通股。

作为此次投资的一部分，KKR执行顾问、丹纳赫公司前执行副总裁William K. "Dan" Daniel正式加入汉瑞祥董事会，担任独立董事。此前，KKR合伙人兼美洲医疗健康团队负责人Max Lin已于2025年5月2日加入该公司董事会。

据介绍，Max Lin自2005年加入KKR以来，主导了牙科服务、医疗产品及设备、医疗软件与信息技术等领域的多项投资。"Dan" Daniel则在工业和医疗健康领域拥有超过30年的全球领导经验，曾担任丹纳赫执行副总裁14年，负责多个业务板块并推动公司文化与业务体系发展。

根据任命安排，Max Lin被任命为提名与治理委员会副主席，"Dan" Daniel被任命为薪酬委员会成员，二人均被任命为战略顾问委员会成员。

汉瑞祥董事会主席兼首席执行官Stanley M. Bergman表示：“欢迎二位加入董事会。他们在医疗健康、运营及战略增长方面的深厚经验，将助力我们持续推进BOLD+1战略，为股东创造长期价值。”
