好的牙·讯｜近日，浙江省龙港尤某某口腔诊所因使用过期的医疗器械，被龙港市市场监督管理局处以2万元罚款。

行政处罚决定书显示，龙港市市场监督管理局执法人员在浙江省龙港市的龙港尤某某口腔诊所查获已消毒完毕但过期的“sinol”牙科手机-高速气涡轮手机4台。根据《医疗器械监督管理条例》第五十五条规定，使用过期医疗器械的行为构成违法。

依据《医疗器械监督管理条例》第八十六条第三项的规定，龙港市市场监督管理局决定责令该诊所改正违法行为，并作出如下处罚：一、没收案涉过期的“sinol”牙科手机-高速气涡轮手机4台；二、处以罚款20000元，上缴财政。
