According to public information, Beach Point was founded in 2009, focusing on alternative investments, and currently manages over $20 billion in assets. According to disclosures from Smile America Partners, in 2025, the company and its partners covered over 8,000 schools across 20 states in the U.S., serving more than 370,000 patient visits annually. In the same year, the company provided nearly $4 million in charitable care services. As of press time, the parties to the transaction have not disclosed the specific valuation or closing details of this acquisition. Smile America Partners was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, USA. It is the largest operator of school-based mobile dental programs in the United States and one of the Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) specializing in portable and mobile dental services. The company collaborates with dental clinic partners to bring dental services directly into schools and communities, reducing the impact of factors such as transportation and economic conditions on children's access to dental care. Kaltroco was founded in 1994 and is a family investment firm focused on long-term investments. It has invested in over 30 companies, covering multiple sectors including healthcare, technology, consumer, and services.
