Henry Schein, Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with GoTu, a U.S. dental talent platform.

DentalGoodNews｜June 30, 2026 - U.S. dental talent platform GoTu Technology (formerly TempMee) and Henry Schein, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSIC) announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping dental practices address ongoing staffing shortages and ensure continuity of patient care.

The collaboration is facilitated through Henry Schein Dental Recruitment Services, a division of Henry Schein's wholly owned subsidiary, Henry Schein Financial Enterprises, LLC. GoTu's platform will be integrated into this division's service portfolio. Dental practices can access GoTu's technology platform through relevant channels to connect with qualified dental hygienists, dental assistants, and associate dentists, covering both temporary and long-term staffing needs.

According to previous reports by DENTALGOODNEWS (Leading Dental Industry Media, DGN), GoTu was founded in 2019, is headquartered in Miami, USA, and has a team of over 120 people. It previously secured $45 million in growth investment led by Long Ridge Equity Partners. The company stated that integrating into Henry Schein's recruitment service system means GoTu will leverage Schein's extensive customer network and trusted advisor model to reach more dental practices with hiring needs.

GoTu's third annual "State of Work" report, conducted in partnership with the American Dental Hygienists' Association, continues to reveal the severe dental workforce shortage and its impact on practice operations and patient care. As of the announcement of the partnership, GoTu had facilitated over 500,000 shift placements nationwide.

On the Henry Schein side, according to previous reports by DGN, the company's global dental distribution business generated $1.766 billion in revenue in the first quarter of 2026, a 9.0% year-over-year increase. With over 25,000 employees worldwide, operations in 34 countries and regions, and full-year 2025 sales of $13.2 billion, Henry Schein stated that this strategic partnership further extends its footprint in dental human resources services.
