Swiss dental medical technology company vVARDIS is preparing for a U.S. listing, with its IPO expected to be completed within 2026.

DentalGoodNews｜June 2, 2026, Bloomberg reported that Swiss dental medical technology company vVARDIS Holding AG is preparing for a U.S. listing and has hired JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs as underwriters, with the IPO potentially completed within 2026. According to Bloomberg, sources familiar with the matter revealed that due to the confidential nature of the ongoing negotiations, vVARDIS has not yet made a final decision on the IPO, and the timeline may be subject to adjustment. Bloomberg stated that vVARDIS, JPMorgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs all declined to comment on the relevant news.

Public information shows that vVARDIS is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and was co-founded by sisters Haley Abivardi and Goly Abivardi, who currently serve as co-CEOs with a combined shareholding ratio of approximately 70%. In terms of financing, in February 2025, the company received an initial investment of $35 million from 奥博资本｜OrbiMed｜-; in July of the same year, OrbiMed added $50 million, bringing the total investment to $85 million. In April 2026, Apollo Global Management completed a minority equity Strategic Investment, pushing the company's valuation to over $1 billion. Bloomberg reported that the proposed IPO will seek a higher valuation than the aforementioned figure.

It is reported that vVARDIS's core product is the Curodont™ series, which uses a biomimetic peptide formula to treat early-stage Dental caries|Tooth decay through a remineralization mechanism, without the need for drilling or injections. Since its accelerated promotion in the U.S. in 2024, the product has treated approximately 3 million teeth, covering about 20% of general dental clinics in the U.S. Additionally, the company has an exclusive distribution agreement with Henry Schein, Inc.｜Henry Schein｜HSIC, and since January 2026, the agreement's coverage has expanded to all dental market segments in the U.S.

Bloomberg noted in its report that, in terms of timing, the IPO preparation began less than two months after Apollo's investment, which roughly coincides with the maturation of Curodont™'s commercialization data. According to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), approximately 90% of U.S. adults aged 20 and older have experienced Dental caries|Tooth decay. vVARDIS estimates that the corresponding addressable market for early-stage Dental caries|Tooth decay in the U.S. is valued at over $30 billion.
