According to the introduction, this patent-pending technology enables dental hygienists and dentists to generate structured periodontal charts in real-time using natural speech, without following fixed commands or prompts.

The feature emphasizes "freeform speech", distinguishing it from traditional voice periodontal charting tools that require strict wording and fixed rhythm. According to the introduction, clinical staff can naturally switch between tooth positions and measurement items during examination, recording probe depths while simultaneously noting conditions such as bleeding, recession, suppuration, mucogingival junction (MGJ), or mobility at any time.

The system supports range command recognition, such as "bleeding from tooth 5 to 7", automatically binding the status to the corresponding tooth positions; misstatements can be corrected by simply restating, and the chart updates in real-time.

According to the introduction, voice input is converted into structured periodontal chart data in real-time and automatically written into SOAP clinical notes. The accompanying CoPilot module converts patient historical data into chairside clinical alerts, and the GPS module integrates daily data into a prioritized action plan.
